Information and tracking
What PickHarbor collects
PickHarbor does not currently require an account, collect payment details, or operate a mailing list. Search phrases you type are sent to eBay only when you choose to open a search. Saved searches and saved product shortlists are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage), not on a PickHarbor server. Clearing browser data removes them.
Services that receive technical data
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs for security and delivery. Product photographs are fetched from independent image hosts such as Unsplash, Wikimedia Commons, Openverse or Flickr, which may receive the usual browser request information. Clicking an eBay link takes you to eBay, where affiliate tracking may apply through the eBay Partner Network. See our affiliate disclosure and the external services’ own privacy notices.
Your choices
You can use the buying guides without saving anything. You can clear saved picks by removing them in Shopping tools or by clearing this site’s local storage. PickHarbor does not claim access to your eBay purchases or payment details.
